Answer: Simply add desired item to your card and complete the checkout process. Make sure to fill in your details and click confirm, it’s no black diamond :)

Answer: Yes, we use Shopify payments which are 100% Secure.

Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer: Please allow between 14-35 business days depending on your location.

Question: How do I receive multiple items ordered at once?
Answer: If you order several products in one transaction, in most cases they will each be sent in a separate package.

Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: Shipping prices will be posted on the checkout page.

Question: What happens if I'm not happy about the product/service?
Answer: We guarantee the undamaged arrival of our product in under 35 business day. If you experience any issues with shipping or damaged products please send us an email at info@theskistrap.com and we will be more than happy to help. If you are not satisfied with our product, send us an email as well and we’ll see what we can do.

We usually reply to emails within 48 hours, however this may take longer during times of high volumes.

Question: Do you provide tracking information?
Answer: We do send a tracking numbers upon request. Some tracking numbers will work only in the origin country and might not work in your country, and will be used as a proof of shipment only. We guarantee the arrival of your items within 35 days.

Question: What happen if I order a wrong size?
Answer: Our adjustable Ski Straps are one size fits all, so you don’t need to worry about sizing :)
